In this YouTube video, I had to film and edit a video of my favorite place. The location I decoded to film was the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. While filming my video I used the different techniques such as tilt shots, pan shots, and establishing shots and edited in Adobe Premiere Pro. I used Adobe Premiere Pro to make changes by adjusting my audio frequencies, adding transitions, and aligned my voiceover with the appropriate clip.
For the past 5 years I have enjoyed making social media content, much like an influencer on YouTube and other platforms. My YouTube channel features vlogs, shopping hauls, hilarious pranks on my family and friends and much more. The video below is my current introduction cover to my YouTube channel, and I have edited my cover twice so far to gain additional practice and experience.
In my GIT 315 Digital Video Techniques course, I was assigned to film a scavenger hunt on shot composition. In this particular video you will find close up shots, medium shots, wide shots, and more. Each shot was taken between 4-6 seconds in 1080p. After collecting all my necessary shots, I edited my video in Adobe Premiere Pro where I added transitions and effects, adjusted some settings, and added titles for each shot as instructed by my professor.
For our culminating assignment in GIT 315 Digital Video Techniques, my group collaborated to produce a short documentary that showcases our collective filmmaking skills. From concept development and storyboarding to cinematography, editing, and sound design, every aspect of the production reflects the techniques we refined over the semester. The documentary explores the lifestyle of an academic scholar and emphasizes both narrative structure and visual storytelling to engage viewers in an authentic and compelling way. This piece marks a milestone in my growth as a filmmaker and serves as a key entry in my creative portfolio.
This After Effects project brings together a series of curated clips and motion design pieces that reflect my growth across GIT 314. I opened with a transformed online background, reshaped into a clean title card introducing the project and my name. The sequence then moves into a space themed workshop outro, blending music, text blur, and type on animation to create an atmospheric transition. I followed this with my Lululemon motion graphics piece, highlighting branded apparel through dynamic movement and visual pacing. The next segment features a template I created during my internship, a structured category introduction title designed for clarity and consistency. I closed with a newly built promo for Instagram Reels, using a track matte to keep the logo anchored on screen while images and videos play behind it, ending with a clean fade to white that leaves the brand mark as the final visual.
A video project created for my GIT 415 coursework, combining curated assets, music, and voiceover to bring the atmosphere of Paris to life. I handled the full production process—including pre‑production planning, editing, and post‑production refinement—to shape a cohesive and engaging narrative. This piece reflects my ability to blend storytelling and technical execution into a polished travel‑destination experience.
A motion design project created for GIT 314, where I developed a five‑second animation centered around a space‑themed concept. I completed the full creative process—from planning and storyboarding to building the final animation in Adobe After Effects—to bring my idea to life. This project showcases my ability to translate visual concepts into polished motion graphics through thoughtful design and technical execution.
